I believe this magical birthday gift came accompanied with a taco bell burrito (or maybe that was my valentine’s day present). Either way, it was truly the most special birthday present a girl could dream of. Something I cherish forever.

Thats epic stuff dude. Sly’s music and especially his voice are just timeless, they have a quality that transport you right to where you were when you first dug it. Summer of ’08 it was Simple Song & Everyday People. Last summer it was Stand!, I Want to Take you Higher, Poet Que Sera, Sera and Crossword Puzzle. This year its looking like Into my own thing and loose booty…hell yea

and you’re right about the perfection of “fresh” for sure. i would love to see it remastered for a little better mix and sound quality though.
