To Andy, you sound like you’re definitely on the right wave of this dynamic music industry change.

To Ian, the “I Don’t Care About You” video by Get Busy Committee reminds me a bit of MGMT’s “Time to Pretend” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9dSYgd5Elk mixed with Ke$ha’s background to her website http://www.keshasparty.com/ With a catchy hook and collage of internet cutouts, I’m sure Get Busy Committee will catch on.

Also to note, the industry is a “pull,” not a “push” kind of market. These above marketing methods of hanging out on the playgrounds of the internet like twitter and creatively making new ways for fans to interact are excellent “pulling” techniques.
